Mental health and wellness company, Doseology Sciences Inc. (OTCMKTS:DOSEF) announced the resignation of Ralph Olson as Chief Executive Officer and Director, on March 31, 2023. As of now, Pratik (Tiki) Patel will operate as interim CEO. Even David Lutz has resigned as a Director.

Doseology Announces CEO Transition

Doseology Sciences has also granted 2,450,000 incentive stock options. The options have an exercise price of $0.10 per share, are valid for a 5-year period from the date of grant, and are subject to regulatory approval.

Mr. Patel is a Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 15 of experience in senior accounting and finance roles. He is also the Chief Financial Officer of the company and will continue to serve in that role. The organization has wholeheartedly thanked Mr. Olson and Mr. Lutz for their service and contributions and wishes them the best in the future.

Regarding the strategic alternatives process initiated by the Board of Directors and announced on January 23, 2023, the company said the process is still ongoing. Further updates will be provided when the need arises.
